City of Raseborg
WEBSITES, CREATIVE DESIGN
Starting point:
In 2009, Ekenäs, Karis, and Pojo merged to form Raseborg—the largest city by area in Uusimaa. When the city turned 10 years old, a decision was made to renew the websites. At the same time, there was a desire to improve the content, usability, and accessibility of the website for all target groups.
Solution:
We updated both the city’s official website, raseborg.fi, and the tourist content website, visitraseborg.com, to align with the new visual identity. The goal was to enhance the usability of the websites and to build them on the WordPress platform.
It was important to design the websites with a clear structure that functions on all devices and is easily accessible for all target groups. A key factor in the project was not only to improve the user experience but also to simplify content management, as the sites are updated by several individuals and new content is frequently published.
